1. Shipping Overview

At this site, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and promptly to destinations throughout Europe. We have partnered with reliable logistics and courier companies to ensure your products reach you in excellent condition. All shipments are fully tracked from dispatch to delivery, giving you complete visibility. Our operations team processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Processing Time

Standard processing time is 1 to 3 business days from order placement. During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Easter, major promotions), processing may take an additional 1–2 days. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your unique tracking number. You can also track your order at our Track Your Order page.

3. Delivery Timeframes

All delivery times below are estimates in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) and do not include processing time.

4. Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders: €79+ for Zone 1 and Zone 2, €99+ for Zone 3. This applies to standard delivery only and is calculated on the order total after discounts, before COD charges. If a return reduces your order below the threshold, the shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Details

The courier collects the full order amount (product price + shipping + any COD fee) at delivery. Please have the exact amount ready. A COD service fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout. Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

6. Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries

Couriers typically make up to two (2) delivery attempts. If both fail, the package is held at the local depot for 5–7 business days. If uncollected, it is returned to our warehouse and you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure your address is correct and someone is available during the delivery window.

7. Order Tracking

Every order receives a unique tracking number sent via email after dispatch. Use it on our Track Your Order page or the courier's website. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate. If tracking hasn't updated after 72 hours, contact us at email@fabulosashop.com.

8. Delivery Address Requirements

Provide a complete address including full name, street, house/apartment number, floor/building details, city, postal code, and country. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect addresses. To change an address after ordering, contact us immediately at email@fabulosashop.com β€” changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

9. Customs and Import Duties

For non-EU deliveries (Norway, Switzerland), orders may be subject to import duties or customs fees imposed by your country's authorities. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in our prices.

10. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at email@fabulosashop.com within 48 hours (damaged) or 14 days (lost) with your order number, description, and photos if applicable. We will arrange a replacement, re-shipment, or refund.
