Return & Refund Policy

1. Our Return Promise

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. We stand behind the quality of every product and offer a straightforward return process that respects your rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and applicable national consumer protection laws.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. The period begins when you physically receive the product. For multi-item orders delivered separately, it begins when you receive the last item. To exercise this right, send a clear statement to email@fabulosashop.com with subject "Return Request โ€” [Your Order Number]." You must send the communication before the 14-day period expires. Return the product within 14 days of notifying us.

3. Extended Return Period

Beyond the statutory 14-day period, we offer an extended return window of thirty (30) calendar days from delivery for most products, provided they meet the conditions in Section 5. This does not affect your statutory rights.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Email email@fabulosashop.com with your order number and return reason. We'll reply within 24โ€“48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

Step 2: Pack the product securely with all original packaging, accessories, tags, and a note with your order number and RAN.

Step 3: Ship to the provided address using a tracked, insured method. Retain your receipt and tracking number.

Step 4: Once received and inspected, we process your refund and send a confirmation email.

5. Return Conditions

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags and packaging intact, and not altered or personalized. Products not meeting these conditions may receive a reduced refund or be returned at your expense.

5.1 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety: intimate apparel, swimwear (if seal removed), opened personal care products, earrings and body jewelry, personalized items, and gift cards are non-returnable unless defective.

6. Refund Process

Since COD orders are paid in cash, refunds are processed via bank transfer. Provide your IBAN and BIC/SWIFT code when initiating the return. Refunds are processed within 7โ€“14 business days after receiving the returned product. Alternatively, we may offer store credit or vouchers. Original shipping is refundable only for defective/incorrect products or full-order statutory withdrawals. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

Contact us within 48 hours at email@fabulosashop.com with photos and your order number. We will provide a free replacement, full refund (including return shipping), or alternative resolution. Under the EU Sale of Goods Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/771), you have a two-year legal guarantee of conformity.

8. Exchanges

Due to our COD model, exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order. Contact us at email@fabulosashop.com and we'll guide you through the process.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, check with your bank first (transfers can take 3โ€“5 extra business days). If still missing, email email@fabulosashop.com with your order and return details.

10. Pre-Shipment Cancellation

To cancel before dispatch, email email@fabulosashop.com immediately. If not yet shipped, no payment will be collected. If already dispatched, follow the standard return procedure.
