Ordering & Payments
Cash on Delivery means you pay for your order when it arrives, not when you place it online. Complete checkout without payment, and when our courier delivers the package, you pay the total amount in cash (or by card where available) directly to the delivery person. This ensures you only pay when your products are safely in your hands, eliminating online payment risks.
Creating an account is recommended but not required. An account lets you track orders, view history, save addresses, and manage preferences. You can also checkout as a guest by providing delivery and contact information during checkout.
Contact us immediately at email@fabulosashop.com with your order number. If not yet shipped, we'll accommodate changes. Once dispatched, modifications aren't possible โ follow our standard return procedure after delivery. Pre-shipment cancellations mean no payment is collected.
No hidden fees. The price shown plus any applicable shipping fee (displayed at checkout) is exactly what the courier collects. A small COD service fee may apply on certain orders, always shown before confirmation. For non-EU countries (Norway, Switzerland), customs duties may apply โ these are from local authorities, not us.
Prices are displayed in Euros (โฌ). Payment at delivery is in the local currency accepted by the courier in your country. In Eurozone countries, this is Euros. After 1โ3 business days processing: Zone 1 (core Europe) 3โ7 days, Zone 2 (extended) 5โ10 days, Zone 3 (peripheral) 7โ14 days. See Shipping Policy for details.
After dispatch, you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Enter it on our Track Your Order page. Allow 24โ48 hours for tracking to activate. Issues? Contact email@fabulosashop.com.
Free standard shipping on orders of โฌ79+ (Zone 1 and 2) or โฌ99+ (Zone 3). Below thresholds, shipping is โฌ4.99โโฌ8.99 depending on zone, displayed at checkout.
The courier makes up to two delivery attempts and leaves a notification with rescheduling instructions. After failed attempts, the package is held at a local depot for 5โ7 days. Ensure your address is correct and someone is available during the expected delivery window.
Returns & Refunds
We offer 30 days from delivery to return most products (beyond the 14-day EU statutory period). Products must be unused and in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Email email@fabulosashop.com with your order number. Full details at Return & Refund Policy.
Since you paid cash at delivery, refunds are processed via bank transfer. Provide your IBAN and BIC/SWIFT code when initiating the return. Refunds take 7โ14 business days after we receive and inspect the product. Store credit or vouchers are also available.
Contact email@fabulosashop.com within 48 hours with your order number, description, and photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.
You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We cover return shipping when the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect (our error). Always use tracked shipping for proof of return.

We use SSL encryption and comply fully with GDPR. Since we use COD, we never collect credit card numbers or banking details through our website. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
